I am a Mum of 2 boys and also have 2 devoted dogs who walk alongside me in this life. I have traversed many wins and losses in life and have chosen to see all experiences as learning opportunities. I have extensive experience in running a successful family business for over 15 years and working in the education system in management for 20 years. Whatever situation my clients present with, I am absolutely sure we can craft a road map together so that there can be healing, integration and growth for that person on their way to a life they love living.

When I offer my services I understand the value of the need for balance in the lives of my clients, after navigating running a family business, being an elite athlete and coach while also working full-time.

With the diverse life experience that I have had, supporting people around death, loss and grief is also something that I am skilled and competent in.

I love nothing more than offering my keynote speaking presentations. A diverse range of topics I’ve spoken to. Mostly about success, overcoming hurdles, diversity and sharing the many amazing, heartbreaking and philosophical stories of my life that have woven deep lessons and learnings for me.

I work intuitively using spoken word, music and movement. I am called to encourage and guide others to become empowered to connect with nature, themselves, their family and their community to create a life they love living. I wish to acknowledge my late Uncle Peter Costello a proud Kuku Thypan Elder from Cape York and my late Aunty Dulcie Kuku Yulanji Elder. I spent over 25 years travelling up and down the East coast of Australia and the World learning so much from my Uncle Peter. He was a world class and respected Elder and Reconciliation Ambassador. He was a key member of the Bringing them Home Report of the National Inquiry into the separation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children from their families. Although he suffered greatly from the colonisation of Australia and was a Stolen Generation victim his message was always about the importance of love, peace, working together and the gifts of nature. A true gift to our family. His legacy, teachings and spirit still continues to guide me today.

I have a calling to lead, teach and share so many of the rich learnings I’ve been gifted with. This calling was deeply influenced by my parents Margaret and Brian Osborne whose legacy of open-hearted love, kindness and generosity of spirit in all aspects of their lives touched so many people. They were absolute giving community members throughout their lives. They taught me about the importance of showing up for others, speaking up for those who cannot and giving others all the love and support one can. My family carries a bright light that is passed onto each of us and I have been called to ignite or brighten the light in others.

I have been guided by the legacy of my Ancestors, family and deep life experiences. I have travelled many roads, I have made my way through many high and low points and made it from surviving to thriving. I’ve sat around many campfires and had rich experiences from different cultural and spiritual paths that have also molded and shaped my work. I use a variety of practices to lead people to their hearts. I believe the way forward is to educate and inspire others so that they are left with a new perspective and are called to learn more. I have an intuitive ability to understand the signs we receive in nature and to connect deeply with the people I interact with. I work with my guides and spirit to advise those I connect with at times. I have the skills and tools to support others through life due to my extensive spiritual, life and career experience. I feel I have a positive road map for any circumstance.
